All residents of the West St Kilda area can join if they support the purposes of the Association. West St Kilda is the area bounded by Beaconsfield Pde, Fraser St, and the No. 96 tram line.
You can subscribe if you support the purposes of the Association and pay the subscription fee.
You can subscribe to be a Member if you support the purposes of the Association and live in West St Kilda, the area bounded by Beaconsfield Parade, Fraser St and the No. 96 tram line. If your subscription is received before 31 May, you will be in the Association’s official membership roster.
If you reside outside the West St Kilda area and support the purposes of the Association, you can be an associate member. An associate member cannot vote.
After your application for membership is received, the Committee must decide by resolution whether to accept or reject it. You will be notified in writing of the Committee’s decision as soon as practicable. If the Committee rejects your application, it will return any money accompanying your application. No reason need be given for the rejection of an application.

Roughly half of the housing stock in West St Kilda is rented, a quarter owned with a mortgage, and a quarter owned outright.
There are about 1800 private dwellings in West St Kilda for 3000 residents on 50 hectares of land. It is one of the highest density suburbs of Melbourne.
